Seems cleaned, but still nice. I'm not veryu good at all with Seated Liberty coins, and pcgs photograde isn't helping much
So would grade would you give it?

VF 20 details but a cc none the less.

with Muddler. Maybe cleaned a while ago.

Worth around $100, IMO.

I don't see any serious cleaning problem and gradewise this half is likely a solid VF-25. CC halves don't require a sharp LIBERTY to make VF at PCGS. There are some very minor nicks around the obverse rim but overall it's a decent example.
