I won this coin off ebay last week noticing that it was a RPM coin first, and two other bidders also noticed the RPM happening on this 42-D Mercury dime too, needless to say after I won a minor bidding war I waited patiently for the winning coin.

I received the coin earlier this week and thus begin a closer look, researching to which variety this one maybe, the closes I found in VarietyVista dotcom is that it maybe a RPM -012. Here's few pictures to this coin...

Variety Vista page don't show RPM-012, but descriptions doesn't mention die crack on obverse.

Light die crack @6 O'Clock and tooling marks around date.

Die crack mentioned around UNI in United.

Can't-Find-The-Right-RPM!
Dir crack mentioned around IC but not extending to A in America.
