Thank you Jsinger, and everyone else that provided updates. The seven coins I bought, including one each of the $10 1913 and $10 1914, will not see an auction house for decades(hopefully). I really don't care if they go down in value and with gold weakening, that is possible.

Cheers,

pfrien

I prefer not to mention the name of my rep. I will tell you that this person always looks out for me. Interesting enough, the rep is suggesting to purchase 1 or more sets of the duck and dragonfly. I sent an order for 1 duck subscription. As for the dragonfly, I'll wait for some pictures to be released. I trust the rep but without a picture I'm on the fence.

Seems a lot of you who were Master Club Members before the gold coins were issued, are still waiting for your coins. I was never a MC member, and yet I was one of the recipients to receive the coins in early February. So, it's most likely there is no priority whatsoever, and is all dependent on your credit card approvals, and acceptance. From what I understand there were many buyers having different shipping addresses that did not exactly match the credit card billing address, and as a result, a lot of orders got held up.

I got all 1912, 1913, and 1914 $5 gold pieces within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. Just the luck of the draw or my rep had something to do with it.

Moejaber,

I can show some pictures later. I'm wondering what type of camera people use to get a great close up.

My Nikon camera is having trouble focusing when I try to zoom in. I'm using a standard lense.

I contacted the mint via their website and asked for a rep. He called and e-mailed the next day.

Frankly, I have not used him much because I find it easier to just order on line but maybe if I did go through him, I'd get offered more. Dunno.

But I spend enough now. Don't really need any help with that .
