PHS coins seems to be around MS-64+. There was population report from PCGS on graded Canada Gold Reserve Coins HS that showed no coins were graded less than MS-62. Most were MS-62 or MS-63. But I highly doubt the PHS are that much better!the way I see it, the only visible difference is on the observe and a very tiny difference. I could be wrong though! Report this Post to the Staff
