I received a shipping notice, in the mail it says I can track the package through canada post, but there is no where I can find the tracking number, the link only takes me to canada post website. sounds like a joke but that's RCM... The guy told me they are working towards having the tracking number sent in the delivery notice email but that has yet to happen. You have to call the RCM ( and likely wait a long time on hold) to get the tracking number. If your order was split up into different deliveries, this get very complicated (on the RCM end). CC-Ottawa Pillar of the Community Canada 3690 Posts	Posted 01/31/2013 5:37 pm They occasionally update the history page with the tracking number but it's always long after the package is delivered. If they do partial shipments on an order, they often get the tracking number on the wrong individual items. It's really odd that years ago, they almost always included the tracking number in the shipment notification e-mail. After they got a new ERP, they stopped that practice but I have no idea why they left the tracking number field in the e-mail template if they can't populate it. You will likely receive the package before you can get the tracking number. Kind of defeats the point other than proving delivery. I have never received it prior to receiving a coin and only see it as shipped on the MC page quite some time after I get the coin.
