As the "25 Days of Barber coins" comes to a resounding conclusion, what's next? From a suggestion offered prior to posting our Barbers, I have devised a way for us all to show our lowest graded US Classic Coins. "The 10 Days of Diminishing Grades of US Classic Coins"!! How is this going to work? Go through your US Classic Coin collection and determine which of your collection fits this thread criteria (VG-10 or less). Then, Starting on the 3rd of December, we will post our best, lowest graded US Classic Coins in grade-descending order: 3 December: VG-10 4 December: VG-9 5 December: VG-8 6 December: VG-7 7 December: G-6 8 December: G-5 9 December: G-4 10 December: AG-3 11 December: F-02 12 December: P-01 If you have a coin slabbed and graded one of these grades, please post it on the listed day. If you have a raw coin that you have self-graded to be one of these grades, post it on that day. Basically, it will be 4 days of VG coins, 3 days of G coins, and 3 days of AG or less coins.I'm totally looking forward to seeing classic coins that have served our country's commerce needs bravely and stead-fastly!! I can't wait!

Wow, neat idea, I'll be doing a lot of "looking" instead of "posting"...although I might manage to sneak a few in.

I have a feeling my good friend "Vermontensium" will be all over this thread! No one collects high-end low-grade coins like Dave!! Btw, what happens if you have a VG-8 slabbed coin, that you believe should grade VG-10? Would that go on December 3rd, or December 5th?

Oh, I'll have a few for this one! I'll try to post according to my net grade for the coin, not the wear grade...
And jbuck, I'm pretty sure the idea of this thread is that 'tis NOT brilliant! =)
Will be fun!
