Curious what this would grade....

I noticed it has extra blobs on the coin:

Was the coin struck this way--or did the bubbles happen later?

Where does F-12 to F-15 put this coin value wise?

What's the better grading slabber for Canadian coins if I wanted to have some Canadian coins slabbed? I remeber reading it's like one guy doing most of the coins whomever the Canadian slabbing company was...Besides, I've heard the American Slabbers don't like grading Canadian coins for some reason...plus shipping would be crazy opposed to staying inside Canada...

there is 6 different varieties noted by charlton, the lowest value one being worth 7-8$ highest being 600$ in this grade.

to me I wouldn't get it slabbed.

I noticed this when I was looking at the diff variations of the 1882 H penny with my new 2013 book on Canadian coins.

It sure looks like the "I" and the "A" are doubled?

I've outlined it to be seen better:

Could just be debris making it look like the "I" & the "A" are doubled,
just unsure if anyone else sees it & would know if it is debris or doubled letters?

It may just be convenient PMD but it looks too close to an I and A to my eyes.

The book I put this coin in is brand new. There are no reflections or mylar masking the actual pic.

I'll try to get more pics up asap.
