MS 62. I'd say probably a details grade, the color looks odd and from the pictures, looks like scratches on the obverse.

Pictures are too "low-rez" to be confident but based on luster it does appear to be mint state. Could be a proof I suppose but the reverse ribbon and the shield don't seem sharply defined so I'd guess it's a business strike.

Color might be OK since I have seen BU copper tone in bluish shades and the woodgrain appearance is also a normal (and desirable) characteristic of some Indian cents.

I'd love to see sharper images of this one.

MS-64 RB

The coloring is original and as Jaobler indicated, the planchet has a woodgrain effect, and the luster is outstanding. Sorry, I have no way of taking a better picture, but it is an absolutely beautiful coin in hand.
