You got this for $17, how and where? That's incredible. What did it grade. Basically, if the TPG found some wear on it and called it an AU, you got a crazy good deal. If they didn't and called it MS-63, you got a coin worth over $1000 and the best deal I've ever seen. The only thing I can think of, is that maybe some guy at a pawn shop sold it at a 1919-P price and made an error. Even that would be a good deal, but possible. A 19-D in MS-63 (maybe) for $17 is absolutely crazy. Congratulations.

Got it on ebay. When I got paid I took 200 dollars and went on a coin spree to start collecting. The case in it is a personal copy and isn't graded. One of the 23 coins I got. Also got a 1923 S Buffalo nickel for about 6 bucks. Decent condition the 1 on it is parial gone but you can tell its 1923-S.
