Or in the attic. Or in the basement. Or in a storage building. Or in a PODS container...

I'd never seen the Eagle albums before. I never thought about putting my proof sets into an album but now I might want to do that someday.

The down side would be what to do with envelopes and boxes; can't lose those.

Obviously you want to keep the envelopes and boxes. I placed mine in large zip lock bags, inserted a silica packet into each, sealed them, boxed them up, and put them on the top shelf of a closet. I have all mint and proof sets from 1968 to current displayed that way and I really like the presentation.

I had to add a few things like the 71 and 72 Ikes, but the Brown Ikes provided an easy fix for the Proof Sets and I can just add a slab page to accomodate the various 71 and 72 MS Ikes.

I was using an impulse sealer to seal Saflips with AU coins, but I am now upgrading to all MS/PF grade.

Another option for storing your slabbed coins.

I like the Lighthouse metal boxes. They have trays that hold slabs and also tray for 2X2's and many other coin size options.

Posting pictures of the two I have. The 8 slabs in the picture are in a blue tray that fits inside the brief case style box.

GR58, that is cool. Santa might have to bring me one of those this year.

GR58, those are some very nice options. The attaché case style is really cool. I'll bet that's what James Bond uses to store his coin collection.
