Things happen. Unfortunately, they happened to you. I'd watch their inventory and if you see something you really like, given him a call and I bet you'll get first class service all the way. oih82w8 Pillar of the Community United States 7840 Posts	Posted 12/13/2012 2:46 pm I tried to purchase something from DORC and he (Brian) was on the road at a coin show and could not place his hands on the coin I was inquiring about. We exchanged emails a few times but he took forever to get back to me when the show was over. I found a similar coin elsewhere. Sounds like he could have been hoping to replace that coin at those shows using your money to do so. To charge a cc without verifying he actually had the item is wrong. If he won't hire any help, and is gone from the office for so long, he really needs to decide if he's going to do shows or sell by website. But I'm glad it worked out o.k. for you. He's a sharp businessman, he'll realize that his errors are being witnessed by quite a few people and he may act on hiring another person...
