Just arrived and I have to say, not only is it slightly off center, it has reverse lamination (6 O'clock) and appears to have planchet fractures on the reverse as well. A most interesting Colonial for what I paid I also have a 50% off center Connecticut Copper, as well as a double struck New Jersey Copper.
