I have never found a 1998 or 1999 WAM. I am probably very fortunate to find a 2000. Where I live I probably have 80% Denver Minted Coins. Nice find!

I keep the first coin ... junk the second. Personally have difficulty with keeping damaged/corroded coins ... that is my view. Nice find on the 1998 WAM. David

John stole exactly what I was going to say when I saw this post. A WAM is a WAM is a WAM! Even 98's and 00's are getting harder to find; been almost two months since I came across any of them.

I agree. Harder to find WAMs. More collectors looking for them and billions of new cents every year to dilute the cent pool.

Quote: John, does this one meet your saver criteria? Only if it was a 1999, I would toss that poor fella. John1
