OK, so you are likely saying, has he lost it? What is this all about. Wellllll....

VACookey and I have been roll searching for a year and a half now. We have found a good amount of silver and other collectible coins. Franklins, Walkers, Commems, errors etc. But so far neither of us had found a roll with a Walker or Franklin on the end. Plenty of silver Kennedys, but neither of those. We started calling them Wenders (Walking ender) and Bender (Ben ender).

Today I picked up our usual two boxes for the week. The only silver we found was a Walker for me, and a Franky for her...

The Walker is a 46. Kind of disappointed that those were the ONLY silver or collectibles in the boxes, but man they were fun finding!

Guess those pics on that ebay listing were not quite so misleading eh?

Hehehehe I just about scared my mother into a heart attack yelling for VACookey when I saw it.

The toning on the Walker is actually pink and the Franky toning on the rev is brown red. Can't get it to show in the pics though.

I'm sorry to be ignorant, But why do they put a dime on the end of a roll of pennys?

I realize that these are half dollars. And it would be very exiting to find these coins on the ends. It just got my young numismatic mind wondering why I see dimes on the end of penny rolls frequently. I was hoping someone might know. Although don't put it past me to misidentify a coin, as I am new to this.
Sorry smokerideron for going off subject.

Ah... Stocked Rolls...

People put dimes at the end of rolls so people will pay more... a SCAM!

Thank you Windchild. Thats what I thought , but I wasn't sure. The thought that they might be there to keep corrosion
off the pennys or something like that had crossed my mind.
