Two uninformed bidders trying to outdo each other.It happens,though never on any of my items.

I blame the all-caps buzzwords like scarce, mint, and crisp. That note should've sold for $4 tops.

Not being from Canada, when I seen this note listed on a ebay error search, I also thought it was a error and chances are the bidders may have been located outside of Canada.

Wow! A little creative marketing goes a long way....

That seller does have appealing photos of the items that are listed and seems to be able to attract the uninformed bidder based on visual appearance.
