I think the green colour that is distracting to me is PVC damage.
When OI look past that, and the fingerprint on the reverse, I see MS63-64

I'm going with MS63, obverse is very nice, hair above ear is still fully intact, few bag marks on the cheek, only thing I would worry about are the 2 long parallel lines running in front of the face PMD, maybe, and breast feathers look a little worn hard to tell without toned coins are in hand

MS62/63 I don't think a TPG would put this one in a 64 holder.

Nice looking coin on the obverse! The reverse appears to have cabinet rub maybe?
