I have this Morgan that I bought some years ago that after closer examination the O is at an angle. I did research but couldn't find any others that look like it, the only one that is some what close Is the micro O but it isn't a micro O it is just slanted. Any responses on how this would happen or what the value would be would be nice and if I should get it graded?

These are the best pics that I can get of it but its hard with the iPhone. I will try to get better pics

Mint marks were punched by hand, so this isn't surprising. It's not a value-added feature, and half a dozen different 1899-O VAMs have it.
