Mintmark placement is like 1959D-1MM-005, but only has split upper and lower serif's; no tilted "D" to the west. Obverse markers for RPM 5 are present; die crack though "Y" in LIBERTY and diecrack over ear: but none of the reverse markers are present.

Did you mean 1MM-006? I'm not the best at looking for die markers and taking pics of the mm but that 1st pic is an awesome close up what kind of camera/scope do you have and did you use a editing program for that close up

In my most humble opinion I do not see a die chip on your Y in LIBERTY. The mark on the ear looks like it was caused by what caused the other marks on his face. All the marks are notched in the same direction. Below are some pictures of die chips or cracks resulting in this appearance. Maybe I'm missing something. I am new at this too.

It is not 005 or 006,but there are way too many for me to look through. There is a chip inside the R of LIBERTY...maybe you'll find one with that marker. Use the position of the MM to narrow it down..and it has to be exact, not close.

The only matching coppercoins mm location I saw is RPM5. Wexler doesn't have as many listings as coppercoins, but the WRPM2 is the best match. Again the tilted "D" to the west is missing or nondescript on my coin. The diescratch marker through the "Y" is present, and although my coin is weaker over the ear; there is a matching diecrack. The reverse on my coin is different than coppercoins 005. I thick my coin is a weak strike or LDS obverse, maybe reverse die is different. Note die polish lines are present on my coin that are not on 005.

This photos were taken by Nikon coolpix L810 and close-ups using AmScope MD35 microscope camera.
