The last pic is unlike any lincoln I have ever seen :)

Regardless of that ...looks like a combination of Die Deterioration and Machine Doubling...just my opinion.

What your 1992 Lincoln sent exhibits is Machine Doubling. Notice how the doubling cuts into each device, and appears to be flattened. A true doubled die would make the devices thicker, and the doubling would be the same height as the device itself.
