I can say that the white balance in the photo is off; whether or not it completely accounts for the colour of the paper, I'm not sure, but it is too yellow.
That is an older certificate too, which were slightly more yellowish. I think can see the circular embossed stamp on the card.

About five years ago I purchased a raw Canada, 1920 half dollar from this seller for appr. $399.00 (BUY IT NOW). After sending it of to I.C.C.S., it came back as a Large "O", AU-58.
