If memory serves, I think I paid around $15 a set for these a long time ago on ebay.
Please advise if they have some value, or worth more if I placed the coin in a pendant.
Thanks.

Anyone paying anything close to 80 bucks is misinformed.

They are $17.95 at Gatewestcoin.com

The box isn't even a "square"... ?

Well, it's my opinion that coin jewelry is hokey and unoriginal, but they're your coins so do what you want with them.

Right, I paid 17.95+tax from GW for this set a few months ago, and the set was still in original plastic wrapping (never opened).
