Way to go 52Raymo.  I have been looking for one since I started searching Nickels. I thought I found one but the coin was so damaged that it was really hard to tell. |

Thanks guys, I don't know what I'm gonna do with it. It's a tough coin to get a value on. I think its one of those coins you slap on ebay and whatever it sells for is what its worth. I might take more pics as the ones I posted doesn't show off how really strong the clashes are. Oregon coin geek.....*** GO BEAVS ! ! ! ***

1983 nickels and cents can come with some really strong die clashes for some reason. This is pretty typical for the year imo. I've seen them sell consistantly around $10.
