not VG IMO based onrecent HA PCGS lookups

Looks like F12 details to me. Are the colors accurate? Are the black fields a sign of an old cleaning?

the colors are dead on, maybe a water and rag wipe 148 years ago
mintage is very low

Looks original to me. I can't see that grading any worse than F-12.
