It's considered an R-2 using the same definitions for rarity as the BHNC. Therefore, it is considered fairly common with a range of 501-1000 pieces extant.

It's definitely a nice coin. I would say a high end AU that's been Dipped. AU Details IMO

dipped? possibly and more than likely, but a super coin neverless. Possibly a low grade mint state, 60/61 with details for the cleaning - love to see this one in hand, super coin that has survived a long time in great condition.

This coin has great details and tons of meat on it but the surfaces are not what most people look for. Silver that old has color unless it's been played with. I'd guess it's AU+ Details and cleaned. It could make UNC Details though.

I've owned older bust coins like this and was never able to get them in problem-free holders.
