Hi, all:

Picked this up on E-Bay. I'm really just starting to get into errors, so thought I would ask your opinion. This was advertised as a lamination error and I believe it is. These are scans, not photos. I would love to hear any opinions on this coin.

Thanks,
Steve

Sure, was $7.29. Figured it was worth a chance!

The pics on the listing were really small, I couldn't see much.

I used E-Bay credits too, so it was a bit cheaper.

Thanks, AZTAMT! I would have paid more too, on a hunch! Not really sure what it may bring, but happy now with the purchase.

Nice lamination flaw, steve! Those early small pennies are great for finding errors like that. I collect lam flaws myself from both KG's and have one on most years from 1929 through to 1952, but I don't have a nice 1924 like yours. So totally jealous...
Rest in Peace

Whatever the year, it's still sweet. Now I'm going to have to look through all my own young portrait Queen Elizabeth's to see if I have any good lam flaws in the later 50's and 60's as well...
Rest in Peace
