What is going on with the PCGS slab in this auction? Buy the coin, not the slab, of course, but I've not seen this with a slab before.

Ha! I saw that listing when the seller had it listed for a $90 buy it now. Not sure why he raised the price. In any case, I passed because the slab looks tampered, and I wouldn't spend much more than $50 for an SP63

Pennies are hot right now. I guess he thinks that since the government is removing the penny from circulation, he can get three times its value.
