With the Mint being a bit low on ideas the only interesting event is the Queen's Diamond Jubilee of her Coronation, this is a set from The Royal Mint in England it is possible the Mint makes such a set, but I am not interested, at least for that price. What are your opinions.

I actually really like that set. Four 1 AVP ounce sterling coin for
$600 + I'm not too crazy about, but the set is beautiful. And of course only 4800 sets make it tempting

RCM did something similar before... the 2004 "Queen's Effigy" set:

Great looking set, I have always enjoyed coins coming out of that mint... sometimes the RCM or Perth Mint make some really poor decisions when it comes to coin themes.

For Royal Mint, I mostly collect their £5 crowns, which usually carry the same design as their silver coins, but a lot more affordable.

Possibly a collaboration with other mints to form a set
I would be shocked....if the mint didn't release at least one more for the Queens jubilee...
The Royal.Mint has made a beautiful bold statement with there offering...so nice

There's a gold coin, 2004 I think, that has all 4 effigies on the same coin. 2004 is when the last effigy, the most current one, was introduced in Canada

I think her Jubilee Coronation was last year around May, 1952-2012.

Seems silly to have coronation more than a year after an actual anniversary date.
