Hi all,

What is your opinions on this subscription set? What are your views on the gold vs the silver? Which one would you select and why?

I usually don't buy gold coins... the only exception being the 1912-1914 hoard release.

1) Gold coins are a lot smaller and more difficult to see the fine details
2) Gold coins are difficult to sell if you are in a bind, unless you are willing to sell at melt value.
3) Silver is larger, maintains the numismatic value better, and silver has out performed gold as a metal over the last few years.

I feel the silver set has more upside, it's easier for the average person to own.

I feel the same but base on the first coin of both series, I like the silver coin design better.
