While snooping around the web, I found some NGC Certified CC GSA Morgans with these little VAM Stickers on the upper left hand corner. Are these legitimate or is somebody getting sticker happy (like that one guy on ebay)?

These are the labels that I am accustomed to with the VAM on the NGC strap.

Fascinating. Never seen one of those before. I'd call it "sticker-happy;" NGC aren't dumb enough to put a removable "official" designation on a graded coin. That VAM isn't an added-value thing, either way.

I can't imagine it without some reference to the company because of the name recognition he (deservedly) has. John already has something similar to be applied to regular TPG slabs (VAMseal), so I'd think it would be following the same design if he were to take on GSA holders.

That's silly. When you can, you'll want varslab.com.

His stickers look very different than the one in this thread. I haven't seen that sticker before personally, could just be a dealer making them to help sell his VAMs, I don't see anything wrong with it, not unlike the original TOP 100 orange sticker that Dr. Michael Fey sells to make your VAM coins stand out more. Probably a marketing attempt, I hope the VAM is correctly attributed though.
