G'day Trout, Nice coin  can't comment much on the proof like, not sure what a proof crown looks like (and my cr@ppy eyes). CAMS rating: Big Block 5/-, Good Duco, always garaged! Post some more pics when you get it and perhaps re-shed it! |

 with Enworb,dipped or cleaned in some way, the darker colours in the legends is what makes me think that. |

I haven't seen this coin "in hand" yet, I don't get back home until next weekend (I hope).
I will put this coin under the usb gizmo and see what gives.
I have never seen a proof one of these so I have nothing to compare it with.
It is unusual that the legends and design stand out on this, just like many of my other proof coins.

I think it will look better in hand as scans can make coins appear a bit dull

Nice crown -better than any I have; but most I have paid is $40.
