Note the blotch is shiny - I took this with the light angled so it could be seen.

I got three of these sequentially out of what looked like a new roll of these 1996-Ps. They all are pretty much the same looking.

Is this from grease? It is level with the rest of the surface - its just a shiny blotch.

I have seen this on a few occasions.. I know what you are seeing. I have an uncirculated Morgan with a few of these marks. Not sure what they're from though.

Yes, this looks like it was Struck Through Grease. Quite common actually,and to many collectors, unfortunately.

Interesting. Any way to get a more detailed pic? I have 94s that show what I think is a clash in the same area...
