If my memory serves me correctly, It is a strike through. Most possibly through grease. I have one myself. I'm not sure of the added value.

I have been looking for one of these for my Kennedy clad representative. Some people are pretty proud of them too.

I don't believe that "I" would send one (our yours) in to be slabbed unless I knew for sure that it would come back MS64 or better...and I have not seen too many of those on the market.

There are 11 (details to MS65) on Greatcollections now and none of these look appealing.

A recent AU55 sold for $30 (plus fees);

Nice find! I have not found one in the wild before.

I picked this very nice example up for $200. No matter the origin of the mint error, it's still a nice collectible coin from a non-mint set date.

If your coin is attractive and in mint state 64 or better then you will make money selling it.

what is a coin's value, Broken Coin? What kind of coin are they referencing at those prices. It's all pretty subjective. I think my example would resell at where I bought it.

I just picked one up after reading this thread. It arrived today and its in MS condition, really nice. I won it on ebay with a high bid of 6 bucks ! I took a chance and pulled the trigger on a stock photo listing after talking to him. I was the only one that bid. Glad I did, it's one of my best Kennedy's.
