The strike is soft on the obverse center and it appears to have lots of very fine hairlines running up and down. The stars and reverse are very sharp and the peripheral toning is a plus. I'd say the XF-45 is a compromise grade and probably preferable to an "AU Details, Improperly Cleaned" rating which might have been possible given the obverse hairlines.
Regardless, a beautiful coin with a pedigree and Overton number listed on the slab. If you got it for XF-45 money (whatever that is!) I'd say you did very well.
