I see these arabic coins, the toughra & stars automatically make think of Ottoman, Turkey but when that fails (I vainly try others) but I can read denomination and date but that is it. Does any one know which country this coin is from?

About 21 mm, plain edge, 20 para? 1335 AH

The date is 1327//3, which calculates to 1329, which converts to AD 1911. You'll find it under "Turkey" in the catalogues. NGC database page.
