Could I receive grade estimates on this recently unearthed (via sorting process) 1937 Buffalo nickel?

This year is very common for high grades. I'm thinking EF-45.

The Buffalo head is kind of worn. Some wear on the Indian. Plus a scratch mark.

Looks EF 40. The horn is solid. There seems to be more wear than usual on the buffalo tail.

EF40 could make 45 if that is not a staple scratch in front of the Indian's chin to the rim on the obverse.

It's a EF45 coin for me.
