You can still buy the coins on the mints website... so until they stop selling it - I don't think they issue final numbers.

Those weekly numbers are for the Mint's Numismatic products sold through their website...you can subscribe to the CoinNews blog...nice site with some great info The numbers for the bullion ASE's are released less frequently....usually monthly with a lag at the end of the year |

From Numismatic News, sales of the bullion 20102 silver eagles as of 12/31/12 was 33,742,500 so the final mintage probably isn't going to be significantly higher than that. |

Add the fact that they ran out before 12/31 to that and I would definitely agree

The LE Proof set and burnished W's are sold by the Mint direct to the public...the W proof is available in that set The 2012 S Proof ASE is still available from the Mint in the C & C set as is the burnished 2012 W both alone and also in the Annual Dollar set |
