I bought this from a dealer on the east coast about 5 years ago or so. He told me at the time that the coin did not match any VAM at that time. He didn't charge anything extra but thought that I should get identified at some later date. I put the coin away and forgot about it until now.

Maybe someone here can tell me if this is anything more than just a curiosity. I bought it then because of the interesting die cracks.

Thanks Fatman,

There are a couple more die cracks that I didn't take pictures of that seem to match a couple of different varieties.

A crack runs through the bun and meets the end of the crack that runs through the T in Trust. There is a crack in the R in Liberty. It's really a neat coin to look at closely. It's definitely a later die state.
