1961-D Lincoln 0 Over 1 Error Need Help Identifying

Searching rolls of pennies and came across this, it looks like a 1961D with a 0 over the 1. RedBook lists a couple of the 1961D errors and I'm hoping this is one of them. Thank you in advance for checking out my post.

Sorry, looks like some sort of damage to me. There was no way for the mint to create an overdate in the 1960's, as the date was part of the master hub used to create the dies. To me, this looks like someone took a circular punch of some sort and punched it into a 1961 cent.

Hi Dave, yes, I was affraid of that, I guess I was wishful thinking that I had something good. I myself thought it looked like it was punched or was some other type of damage. Since I have not seen one in real life so to speak, I just wasn't sure. I have to tell you though, I was totally siked when I first came across it. Thank you for your input.
