I am very shocked about the very small amount of listings on ebay when it comes to decimal. Or maybe I am not looking the right way?

16,515 Not enough for you? Try the link below but DONT click on it, COPY and paste it into you browser. If you click on an ebay link from this site it will route it through the US ebay site which cuts out a lot of listings. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Decimal-/33...om=R40&_nkw=Hope you have some more luck now.

Or you could click on the link and then add .au after .com

Interesting that link gave me 10,273 listings.
australia 50c circulated coins 8 listings.
australia 50 cent circulated coins 8 listings
australia 50c circulated decimal coins 8 listings.
australia $1 circulated coins 52 listings
australia 1 dollar circulated coins 25 listings
australia 1 dollar circulated decimal coins 2 listings
australia $1 circulated decimal coins 5 listings
I thought it was reasonable searches for what I am interested in. I must be doing something wrong!

If you're looking for specific denominations (50c, for example) it seems like the way you type it ('50c' vs. '50 cent' vs. 'fifty cent') can make a difference.

There's usually plenty on there to keep me occupied for some time....it all depends on how you use the search function. Generally I go for auction only, then put in the denom. in as a number first - then narrow down in necessary; some use 50c, 50cent, 50 cent, fifty cent etc
Lots of decimal out there waiting for new buyers.....

I would keep Australia, Decimal and Circulated out of your search.
If you only got 10,000 odd listings then re-read my post about getting the full listings.

Please do not get me wrong enworb as my computer skills are still growing and that is the difference in our numbers as the only way I can get your link to work is to click onto it and get the USA link.
I have tried to google it. I have tried to replace it in the main browser. I have had my wife and youngest adult daughter help me and they can not get the link to work either.
We keep getting a list of links that mean nothing and go nowhere.

How about it you add .au after the .com?

Yes we did do the .au bit. I am now thinking it is something about my lap top. Other strange things have been happening as well. It all seems to have started after I got another email address from another provider. The girls are going to have a look at it for me tomorrow after I list just under 200 items. This computer really gets hammered. No wonder strange things are happening to it. Maybe it is time to look at replacing it but I need to get another 3 months out of it. They will try to compacted and delete the info history again probably. Hopefully I have got that right.

200 listings in one day is one heck of an effort! I cant say I envy you lol but good luck Are you mainly interested in decimal coins or predecimal as well? If you live in a major city you might consider visiting a local dealer as well as juest ebay.

164 listings are just a single code number change and image that is already cropped changed. As they are very popular the same one off items. Our new bidStart store needs help! I have been looking very hard at coins for some time now and have gone down many wrong roads for my needs. I am a King George V collector. It is special to me because of his history and this liking has been with me since I was 4 years old. I have a deal worked out on a kg of pre 1946 silver coins and after many contacts I have got what I am after with a no questions asked return if I am not happy with the it. I have sold an item that pays for this new adventure and the profit in the sale of this item makes the kg of silver very cheap. Hopefully I will get some KG5's in all the silver's and start this collection off. It looks like the selling of what is left over should work out. Am looking at selling at half price to a dealers price list I have found online. I have a high feedback on ebay and a new challenge to me is needed full on. It is a risk but I am happy with it. Noodling is next on the list but I need to know more about errors. So one step at a time! And the errors forum is out of this world just overflowing with the best info.
