1973-1986

They are indistinguishable from Philadelphia Mint cents.

The phrase is correct. While 1.4 million is extremely low compared to regular recent mintages, the fact that the coin was only distributed with mint sets means it is easily obtainable in uncirculated condition.

Scarce is not a relative term with other items, it's relative to demand.

I do not see the point of this little rant, everything in the Wiki article is factually correct

Except one

"and for 35 years produced circulating pennies."

1973 to 1986 is not 35 years.

By inference from both our your statements is it safe to say all mintsets (proof and circulated) produced during the period are only from West Point or from both.

I have never heard this before.

I was only stating you can not tell the difference between a Philly Cent and a West Point Cent as they both lack mint marks.
