Anyone ever seen this before? Can not locate a fatman coin with the 7 characters on the front and the $10 character on the back.

These are reasonably easy to find as genuine pieces, despite the fact that there are excellent fakes of them out there.

The date is 1921 and the OP has the denomination correct as "10 dollars" (ζ‹Ύεœ†).

Unfortunately, no "fat man" dollars were ever made with a denomination of "10 dollars".

It is a "fantasy" piece.

Highly unlikely it is silver. These fantasies rarely are.

This one is more of a "tourist" version, which is a silver plated fake.
