I had this one sitting on my desk for a while but today noticed the doubling. What's strange is that from certain angles it seems very apparent, but from others not so much. The quarter does have a fair amount of PMD. Any takes?

Heavy Die Deterioration. The doubling is always toward the rim and is just die wear. VLDS die state. Die soon to be retired.
