verdigris I got a hole tin full for $10 about 2kgs but very green corosion and they have been in the tin for a long long time you would not now there is coins in there for the inch off farm dust on the top they have been wet in the tin some time in there life

The only thing I've ever done is soak them in olive oil if their pretty bad,maybe try a few to see what you think Shane,after they've soaked for a couple of days wash them with warm soapie water & then rinse in acetone & sit them on paper towel to dry. There is a product called Verdi-care ( I think ) that a member from this forum developed,someone will know more about this.

I would go the olive oil route. It sounds like most of them will be too far one anyway.

you can see fid going through the IA in australia  on this side you can see a 19 for a date but I am having trouble getting a picture on that angle

If the lettering/design goes IN instead of OUT, then it has been made by another coin being pressed into this coin, rather than a die at the mint.

the bottom of the coin goes in and the top goes out so the lettering on the head side is high and the lettering on the roo side is in
