Hard to tell, but I think the clip on the dime is post-mint. Too much stress of the design around the clip. The cent...I have no idea.

, However the reverse does seem to show what looks like the Blakesley Effect, but this too could have been intentional.

Looks like a lamination and a incomplete planchet.

I'm with Tim on the Dime. I see signs of the Blakesley Effect. Could be genuine.

The cent has a lamination error. The dime shows a genuine curved clip.

The lamination damage may well have happend at the Mint, AFTER the coin was struck. Something has sheared a small amount of laminate from the coin's surface with a chisel - like action.
Still PMD, they way I see it.

The dime is a genuine planchet clip relatively minor, error.
