That took a keen eye to spot Candace. It appears that the black has been printed a lower down on the top note (full note image).
(Looking at the depth of the gold section that is under the top stroke of the 5). This also reflects in the amount of 'white/cream' that can be seen inside the 0.

Rather interesting

Notes misprinted only slightly like yours are quite common and have no premium above face value really. If it was UNC and the design was on or starting to head off of the edge then you might be looking at a collectable note.

The very last lot in the most recent downies auction was a $50 note that was miscut/printed 5mm off centre. When I viewed it none of the design was missing but it was right on the edge. It was UNC in condition and sold for $90.

Ey Curumba! I do work's petty cash nearly every fortnight on a Friday and go through the notes and coins over the weekend. I regularly notice a number of notes that aren't lined up, like this one. Especially in $5 notes - but that might be because I have to get quite a few of them.

But, I have not replaced them as this misalignment seemed so common, and instead just focussed on looking at serial numbers.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan! Now I will have to spend more money each time replacing notes that are 5mm or so out, along with all the other coins and notes that take my fancy.
