DEVLEC Pillar of the Community Canada 3234 Posts	Posted 03/16/2013 4:04 pm Of the 8 jewels across the crown, the 2nd 2 are there but weak. The thinner upper band above the jewels is weak or a touch flatter at the critical high spot,... .. and the bottom band is also a touch flatter across at least 30%. ..so my guess is that there is "a touch of wear on the highest spots. There is still a lot of frostiness in the devices though... ...but somewhat lacking across the open parts. I'll let the experts put a # on it here.......
