Hi everyone

Thank you for all your help and comments.
I wish I had the 1921 5 cent, but would you grade that 1919 for me? Does it get to EF?

Of the 8 jewels across the crown, the 2nd 2 are there but weak.

The thinner upper band above the jewels is weak or a touch flatter at the critical high spot,...

.. and the bottom band is also a touch flatter across at least 30%. ..so my guess is that there is "a touch of wear on the highest spots.

There is still a lot of frostiness in the devices though... ...but somewhat lacking across the open parts. I'll let the experts put a # on it here.......

I'd say EF-45. Lusture seems to be lacking.

I agree EF45,
Weak strike on the obverse, little wear on the reverse.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I'll pile on with EF45. Some of these fishscales were not at all well struck.
