I'm not sure about this one. I could simply say that it is/was just a stamp.
But there's always going to be uncertainty.
The shapes of the digits don't represent shapes of the digits within serial numbers on polymer notes.
The numbers aren't straight in regards to the notes wording "FIFTY".
As for the dash? "-", it could've been double stamped & executed extremely well.
Also, it positioning so close to the end of the note could mean that there were more digits?
That's all the light I can shed on this unusual find.
As for the numbers...co-relation? No.
if it was 180 sheets, a serial number expectance would be 7200 (based on 40 notes per sheet)?
Prefixes of the only note printed in 2009 would be 6x40=240
Deduct the two & there is 60 prefixes difference. Which wouldn't be EA (8 prefixes short), it would be EH.
But that's all just mumbo jumbo that I put together.
