The arc looks wrong and I don't see any Blakeley effect.

Yeah, I don't either but I'm not sure you always can see it. (Blakeley effect)

You can't always see it but like I said the arc looks wrong to me too.

Closer image of the devices near the clipped area might help. Also the rim in that area.
