This was great! I was thinking and checking this as time went on. I am kicking myself for not picking up on the acrostic!

Very clever matthewvincent - thanks for the fun.

Congrats to j-win on not only solving it, but in that your name adds a pleasant irony to the situation!

Ohhh, I can't believe I didn't just say Mussolini and not the reign of Mussolini!

but it goes to show that being a great sport pays off too for Upstate

It's great to finally know that the first "V" was for the start of the V nickel, very clever, and funny because I thought of the V nickel, but never related it to Mussolini's birth date because I was too overly focused on his reign instead of him as a person. (But also, it seemed like V's were popping up everywhere when I was researching so I was all over the place haha).

Great contest Matthew! Thank you very much, and I learned ALOT of interesting things about Mussolini along the way that I never knew!

Not necessary.
Had fun playing the game. I love riddles and puzzles like this.
And since I have your ear, how are the socks?

received my prize (the coin on the right), the second Barber quarter in my collection and it's just slightly nicer looking than my other Barber.

What/Who-Am-I?

I have never met a Barber Coin which I didn't like

You may have to change that statement after seeing my 1914 Barber... Thanks again Matthew!
