Nicely toned, I'd say somewhere between MS64 to MS65. NGC have probably graded it as MS64.

I think NGC graded it MS-63. I like the rim toning!

Nice looking coin. What's up with obverse star at 3 o'clock? I'm assuming a smudge on the holder? I'll go with MS64 but it could definitely go MS 65?
Is there a term for those 2 shorter looking denticles also at 3 o'clock?

@Gothic, yeah there is a smudge on the holder....and those two denticles are impacted by that smudge....i need to buff that holder out. I am working on the VAM on this one it does have a B2B reverse....so that narrows it down.

The left obverse field looks a bit dull but elsewhere the field luster appears intact so I'd vote MS. There are scattered small contact marks and luster grazes and one heavier mark near the bottom of Miss Liberty's neck. Toning is original but probably won't add any premium. No sign of wear that I see and the strike is pretty strong.
Seems solid for MS-63 and very possible for MS-64.

With the over-polished wings and open nostril you should be able to attribute it without a hitch. I would give this one an MS62 grade. The fields have lots of chatter on the obverse and the eagle's breast has contact marks (those shiny spots) on the reverse. Very nice toning.

I was very very close to grading this MS-62. I would not be surprised if you are correct.
